This artwork is made on a natural linen canvas, with 3D slices, and mounted on a wooden frame. You will see the brush strokes. A hook as hanging hardware is included. This is an acrylic colorful portrait of a woman. Warm tones dominate in this painting. A young woman with very expressive, colorful blue eyes seems to be looking into the distance. She seems to be in another reality. "I would like to see the sea again", is a painting describing the feelings of the artist, who was born and lived in a seaside town in the South of France. When she moves away from the sea, the artist feels a certain melancholy, and the need to find this infinite, inspiring and peaceful space. This artwork is contemporary and executed by a french artist. It is signed by the hand of the artist and accompanied by its certificate of authenticity.

France
Nathalie Cubéro is a French painter, living and working in Aix-en-Provence, France. Her work is based on several techniques inspired by urban art such as graffiti or stencil, but also academic techniques, like leaf gilding, in a special care to marry the opposites. Nathalie Cubéro is interested in the human being in all that is most secret and intimate, and depicts her characters in ambiguous situations, at the crossroads. Her protagonists find themselves face to face with the outside world, but especially with themselves, in an almost sudden detachment of the visible reality towards the non palpable. Something is happening, but the viewer must find the answers in his own emotions. Made of personal or fictitious stories, her paintings illustrate an insidious threat, an unrequited happiness, a silent gesture, as many situations turned towards the intimacy of each individual, thus titillating the imagination of the spectator.
