About The Artwork
The silence of evening overcomes the desert in the Anza-Borrego. The desert is adjacent to San Diego, California and makes for an interesting day trip from that urban center. The best time to visit is at the end of March and beginning of April when the desert wildflowers are in full bloom. The original oil painting is 14 X 18 inches and mounted on wood stretcher bars.
